Michele Brogioni

Executive Chef

Born and raised in Italy, Michele spent his formative years in some of the country’s most celebrated restaurants, including Locanda dell’Amorosa in Siena and Michelin-starred Il Falconiere in Tuscany, a Relais & Chateaux property.

In 2015, after working across Europe and Asia, Michele moved to New York City to become Executive Chef of The Leopard at des Artistes, the beloved Upper West Side institution. The following year, he was recruited to run Armani Ristorante, the flagship Fifth Avenue restaurant founded by fashion icon Giorgio Armani. Most recently, Michele served as the Global Culinary Director for Core: Club New York, the private, members-only space, where he assisted in the club’s 2023 relocation and preparations for its international expansion.

In the summer of 2025, Michele joined Manhatta as Executive Chef, bringing his internationally honed culinary perspective to the restaurant and events at 28 Liberty Street.
