Kobi Tsesarsky

General Manager

Kobi Tsesarsky is the General Manager at Manhatta. 

A born and bred New Yorker, Kobi graduated from Princeton University and began his career in hospitality through stages at Barbuto in the West Village and Relae in Copenhagen. In 2019, he moved to Los Angeles to train in the management team at the Waldorf Astoria in Beverly Hills and then the wine team at Chef Jeremy Fox’s Birdie G’s in Santa Monica. In November of 2022, he returned to New York, working as a Service Manager at Gramercy Tavern, and in 2024, was promoted to Assistant General Manager. 

In late 2025, Kobi joined Manhatta as General Manager. In this role, Kobi remains passionate about working with the team to provide warm hospitality for guests visiting from near and far.
