Helmed by Executive Chef Justin Bogle, Manhatta’s seasonal menu takes technique to unexpected places. Celebrating the versatility of local ingredients, Chef Bogle and his team have imagined an ambitious culinary program that’s familiar yet inventive.

The Chefs Counter provides an intimate, front row seat to our open kitchen – the heart of Manhatta. The experience takes guests on an adventurous, ten-course journey with boundary-pushing dishes that defy expectation. Reservations are required.
